By using RapidTriageME (the "Service"), including the web app at rapidtriage.me, the Chrome extension, VS Code extension, and npm package (@rapidtriageme/mcp), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You may use the Service for lawful debugging, monitoring, and development purposes. You may not:
You own the error data, logs, and screenshots you send to the Service. We do not claim ownership over your debugging data. We use it only to perform the requested analysis and improve the Service.
AI triage results (including confidence scores, probable causes, and code fixes) are generated automatically and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Always review AI-suggested fixes before applying them to production systems. We are not liable for damages caused by applying AI suggestions without review.
We target 99.5% uptime for paid plans. The Free tier is provided as-is with no uptime guarantee. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. You may delete your account at any time from Dashboard settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YarlisAISolutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms with 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
